You can now grab animals and place them in your palm to look at them from up close.
Contamination
When a completed vivarium is placed in the grow room, the freshness of plants and moss inside the vivarium gradually decreases based on the ratio of contamination to purification within the environment.
As freshness decreases, plants and moss begin to wither, and once an item's freshness reaches zero, it is treated as having zero purification value and no longer generates Eco Points.
The more withered items exist in a vivarium, the faster the remaining plants will also begin to wither.
Animals, plants, and other objects placed in your vivarium affect the environment of your vivarium. You can go into the detailed description of each animal, plant or other items to see how they affect the environment in terms of contaminating or purifying effects.
Items will display different levels of either purification or contamination. Try to balance your items to keep a sustainable vivarium. You can use the sensor next to your vivarium or aquarium to see how well you are balancing the environment.
When you fail to provide balance to your environment, letting contamination to be too high, the sensor next to your vivarium will be marked red, and plants and moss will start withering.
The quickest way to reverse this is by using the item Fertilizer on your vivarium.
Another way would be to fix the imbalance by re-editing your vivarium scape and adding more items that provide purification, such as plants.
